Felina was born in Germany and spent formative time in Italy. She is a professional chef specialised in plant-based cooking. Trained in slow food principles, she works with fermentation, koji and creates plant-based vegan desserts. At VFnuK, she develops recipes for healthy, everyday cooking in community settings and has supported many community kitchens across Berlin, translating her restaurant experience into accessible, seasonal dishes for all.
